January 15, 2024 - Emily Clark, Renata Fast and Kelly Pannek are named to the PWHL Showcase.

TORONTO -- The National Hockey League and the Professional Women’s Hockey League announced today the rosters for the Canadian Tire PWHL 3-on-3 Showcase™, taking place during NHL All-Star Thursday™ on Feb. 1 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

The Canadian Tire PWHL 3-on-3 Showcase will see players from all six Professional Women’s Hockey League teams compete in a 20-minute game. The rosters, each comprised of 12 players (10 skaters and two goaltenders), have won a combined 146 Olympic and 46 World Championship medals as well as 17 NCAA Division I Championships. PWHL Special Advisor Cassie Campbell-Pascall (Team King) and New Jersey Devils Director of Player Development, Meghan Duggan (Team Kloss) will be behind the benches. The two teams have been named in honor of Billie Jean King and Ilana Kloss -- PWHL Advisory Board members and long-time advocates of equality for women in sports.

A native of Washington, D.C. but a transplant resident to the City of Los Angeles since 1991.  I have held positions with the National Hockey League, Los Angeles Kings and XTRA Sports 1150 Sports Radio Los Angeles in the past.  Today, I own a boutique firm that represents Olympic & Paralympic athletes from the United States & Canada.  I have represented these athletes since 2006 and eventually helping some of them transition to broadcasting beyond their playing days.  

I am passionate about helping these athletes today and what is beyond for them in the real world.  At the same time, if they want my assistance with things like Gender Equitable treatment or I see a wrong that happens where someone from the outside needs to step up and say "hey we need to look at that here" I am usually all-in to help my clients out.
