February 19, 2026 — Milano Santa Guillia Ice Hockey Arena — The United States defeated Canada in a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory that saw Team USA tie the game with under 2:10 to play in the 3rd period on a goal by Team Captain Hilary Knight that broke a tie for the most points and goals by an American woman at the Winter Olympics and the game winning goal in 3-on-3 Overtime by Alternate Captain Megan Keller.

The win clinched the team’s 3rd Olympic Gold medal in the program’s history, 1998, 2018 and 2026.
