On the ground at Milano Cortina 2026

The Winter Olympics are off and running. All 4 women we have in the ice hockey competition have qualified for the QUARTER FINAL and after the Canada game vs Finland on the 12th we will know all of the seeding moving forward.

With wins already for the United States over Czechia and Finland at Milano Rho Ice Arena (small rink) and Switzerland at Milano Santa Guilia Ice Hockey Arena - the U.S. will either be the 1 or 2 seed.

Canada had their initial game postponed vs Finland due to 17 members of their team having the NoroVirus and the game was rescheduled. Canada has wins over Switzerland and Czechia both games played at Milano Rho Ice Arena.

Italy has wins over France at Milano Santa Guilia Ice Hockey Arena and Japan at Milano Rho Ice Arena.

Today - Team USA plays Team Canada at 20:10 (810 pm local time) at Milano Santa Guilia Ice Hockey Arena and Team Italy plays Germany at 16:40 (4:40 pm local time) at Milano Rho Ice Arena which is located directly across from the Long Track Speed Skating venue.

The QUARTERFINALS WILL ALL BE PLAYED AT MILANO RHO ICE ARENA, then the action shifts for the SEMIFINALS and MEDAL ROUND to Milano Santa Guilia Ice Hockey Arena.
